Our amazing team of directors, board members, advisory groups and volunteers, in the U.S. & Kenya, are committed to building teams that empower the community of Nyanchonori, Kenya through Education and Entrepreneurial endeavors. We are putting our vast combined experiences into action.
A nonprofit is as strong as the community that holds it up. Together, we can do more than we can do alone.
Dr. David Angwenyi, our founder and CEO, grew up in the village of Nyanchonori, Kenya. He has his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration. Dr. Angwenyi currently teaches Biology at Hopewell Valley Regional School in New Jersey. Dr. Angwenyi inherited land from his father and has been committed to using the property to enhance his village. He has successfully built an access road and a high functioning well. The next project is to build the Global Connections Center!
Our mission is to empower the villagers of Nyanchonori, Kenya to be self-sustaining by building the Global Connections Center that would provide tools, knowledge & resources for educational and entrepreneurial opportunities. Giving a hand UP instead of a hand OUT. We will provide an IT Center with training workshops and educational & vocational courses that will allow for innovative thinking. This will bring much needed hope for financial stability to families for generations.
